Program Overview

The Cadet Wings Program is a prestigious flight scholarship opportunity offered by Civil Air Patrol (CAP) to help qualified cadets earn their Private Pilot Certificate (PPC)—at little or no cost. • Be at least 16 years old (solo age)
  • Be a current CAP cadet in good standing
  • Hold a valid FAA Medical Certificate (3rd class or higher)
  • Have completed Achievement 5 (Cadet Senior Airman)
